We begin 8–10 weeks out with a full review of your contracts, a build of the master timeline and floor plan, and direct confirmation with every vendor — then my team takes the floor on the day so nothing lands on you or your family. This does not include design or vendor sourcing; it's the calm execution layer over the wedding you've already built. I take a limited number of these each season so every date gets the same attention.
