- When should we hire our wedding planner?
- As early as you can. Most full-planning couples reach out 12 to 18 months ahead, but it is always worth asking about a closer date.
- How much does a wedding planner cost in Calgary and the Canadian Rockies?
- Full Planning & Design starts at $9,500, Design & Wedding Day Coordination at $5,500, Micro-Weddings at $4,500, and Wedding Day Management (aka day-of coordination) ranges from $2,800 to $3,500. Every wedding is then quoted individually.
- Can we plan our wedding from another province or country?
- Absolutely. A large share of our couples plan from outside Alberta, and the process is built for it.
